There’s no denying that denim is classic and enduring. It represents America: hardworking, freedom, pulling oneself up by the bootstraps. And there’s nothing more pure and exciting than a great new pair of jeans.
In many climates, summer is usually way too hot for a dense pair of jeans. Denim shorts and skirts, sure. But our jeans inevitably are retired to the closet from June through August. That’s part of what makes fall so lovely. The weather becomes a bit cooler and we are able to grab that comfy, worn pair of Levis for a trip to the pumpkin patch or apple orchard.
Autumn also means new beginnings– a new school or work year, perhaps. And any excuse is a good excuse for a beautiful new pair of jeans.
